001BLVD Restaurant Opening

We had the chance to work with Billionaire Life opening one of their new pop-up restaurants at the Riyadh Boulevard in Saudi Arabia. 001 BLVD would be a sports bar serving American style food. Incredibly the restaurant was built from a flat concrete surface to a complete working restaurant in 30 days. We spent eight days in London creating a full menu with recipes, market sheets and dish descriptions and then 19 days in Riyadh supporting the team to implement the menu and dishes. A huge thanks to the FOH and BOH teams on making this a fantastic and worthwhile experience.
