We offer a variety of educational online culinary Quizzes with focus on specific culinary topics, to downloadable costing Apps, to step by step video Cooking courses on modern popular dishes with recipes.
Our 1-2-1 practical cookery classes offer the opportunity to have that personalised experience to learn new techniques and methods. These sessions can be tailor made to your requirements, either as a one-off session, or a short course designed over several weeks.
Whilst, our Effective Kitchen Management workshop has been designed to refresh and challenge students, professionals and enthusiastic amateurs involved with kitchen costs and budgets.
We have a bespoke culinary service for businesses who require cookery specialists attention. Some of our past Projects include re-creating historical recipes for filming, recipe development for historical cook books to designing new culinary concepts for clients.

About Ian Sutton
Ian Sutton BA (Hons), CertEd
Ian has spent more than thirty years working at the epicentre of London’s hospitality and catering industry. During this time he has had the privilege of cooking alongside some of Europe’s most celebrated chefs in 5 star hotels and Michelin Star restaurants, rising to become head chef at some of London’s most notable modern eateries. His work as a chef has taken him overseas to Barcelona, Los Angeles, Miami, New York, Milan, Paris, Dubai and Seoul.
Ian holds a 1st. Class BA (Hons) Degree in International Culinary Arts from UWL as well as being a qualified teacher lecturing at the University of West London and at Westminster Kingsway College. Ian is DBS certified and enjoys teaching students from 16 years old and up. Currently, Ian is a freelance Chef, an assessor for City & Guilds and is a partner and co-founder of CulinaryConcepts.
