BBC 2 & Lucy Worsley restaged the wedding of Queen Victoria & Prince Albert, revealing how this event saved the monarchy and invented modern marriage. Aided by a team of experts including food historian Annie Gray, clothing expert Harriet Waterhouse and military historian Jasdeep Singh, the series explored the hidden iconography and symbolism of this hugely significant wedding. It also revealed new insights into Victoria and Albert's relationship; both public and private. This was an exceptional and fun experience. Ian joined a very talented team to re-create the wedding dishes, including food historian Dr Annie Gray, Sophie Wright (chef, author, a panellist on BBC Radio 4’s The Kitchen Cabinet and an ambassador for Tesco Baby Club), Miranda Quantrill and chef Chloe, an international student at Westminster Kingsway College.
